1. Content We Host
Holiday Travel Tour publishes original editorial content on our website, including:
- Travel blog articles and destination guides authored by our team
- Photography and imagery licensed from stock platforms (Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay) or sourced with permission
- Flight price data retrieved in real time from our data partners (Travelpayouts) — this data is not hosted by us
- Informational content about airlines, airports, and destinations
We do not host, store, reproduce, or distribute:
- Airline ticket content, reservation systems, or booking confirmations belonging to third parties
- Copyrighted travel itineraries, guides, or databases owned by other publishers
- User-generated media uploads of any kind
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content published on www.holidaytraveltour.com infringes your copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512), you may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent.

We will acknowledge receipt of your notice and investigate promptly. Valid notices will result in the removal or disabling of the allegedly infringing content within 10 business days.
3. DMCA Notice Requirements
To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written takedown notice must include all of the following:
- Your identity: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list
- Identification of the infringing material: The specific URL(s) on www.holidaytraveltour.com where the allegedly infringing content is located, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature
Please note: Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including damages, attorney fees, and costs. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, we recommend consulting a qualified attorney before submitting a notice.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content on our Site was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your identity: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the removed material: A description of the content that was removed or disabled, and the URL where it appeared before removal
- Statement of good faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you are located (or Collin County, Texas if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant
- Your signature: Physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, Holiday Travel Tour will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights. We define a repeat infringer as any user against whom we have received two or more valid DMCA takedown notices within a 12-month period.
We reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion where we have reason to believe intellectual property rights are being systematically violated.
6. Third-Party & Affiliate Links
Our Site contains links to third-party websites including airlines, booking portals, and affiliate services (Travelpayouts, AirHelp, Klook, Tiqets). We do not control the content on those platforms and are not responsible for any copyright issues that arise on third-party sites.
If you believe a third-party site accessible via a link on our platform has infringed your copyright, please contact that platform directly:
- Airlines: Contact the airline's legal or IP team directly via their official website
- Google Images or Search: Use Google's copyright removal tool
- Other platforms: Use each platform's designated DMCA reporting tool
